Alan Kurmangaliyev secures bronze at WTT Youth Contender Lignano 2024 in Italy

Kazakhstan’s table tennis player Alan Kurmangaliyev grabbed a bronze medal in the U17 Boys Singles finals at the WTT Youth Contender Lignano 2024 in Italy, Kazinform News Agency reports.

During the tournament, the Kazakh table tennis player defeated Thomas Laroche of France, Spaniards Font Aniol, Francesc Carrera, Czechs Martin Ratajsky and Martin Vaigl.
Kurmangaliyev lost to Nathan Pilard of France with a score 2:3 in the semifinal bout.
It was earlier reported that Alan Kurmangaliyev secured a silver medal in the U19 Boys Singles finals at the WTT Youth Contender Szombathely 2024 in Hungary. The Kazakh table tennis player secured seven victories and suffered one defeat.
