All OSCE participating states and partner countries confirmed their participation in Astana Summit - MFA
"All participating states and partner countries of the Organization have already confirmed their participation in the Summit. These are 28 heads of state, namely 27 presidents and the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Vice President of Switzerland Micheline Anne-Marie Calmy-Rey (on December 10, 2010 she will become the President of the country); 10 heads of government (prime minister is a key person in countries with a parliamentary form of government and in kingdoms) - prime ministers of Belgium, Greece, Italy, Liechtenstein. Netherlands, France and Estonia; the Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Secretary of State of the Holy See referred to as being the country's Prime Minister and the Minister of State of Monaco, who is also in the rank of the Prime Minister; 7 vice prime ministers of the United Kingdom, Denmark, Spain, Luxembourg, Malta, Czech Republic and Israel-partner country of the OSCE; the Vice Speaker of the Mongolian Parliament; the Secretary of State of the U.S.A. and 14 ministers of foreign affairs, majority of which is from the OSCE partner states - Australia, Algeria, Andorra, Egypt, Jordan, Canada, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San-Marino, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Sweden and South Korea", S. Abdykarimov said.
According to him, three vice ministers of foreign affairs - from Morocco, Tunis and Japan will arrive at Astana too.
Heads and representatives of 33 international organizations also confirmed their participation in the OSCE top-level meeting. These are the President of the European Union, secretaries general of the UN, OIC, SCO, CSTO, EurAsEC and others.
