?Alliance Bank? SAFC ready to offer over 1.7 mln common shares to ?SamrukKazyna? Fund
ALMATY. January 6. KAZINFORM /Zhazira Dzhanabayeva/ ?Alliance Bank? JSC is ready to offer 1 711 077 of its common shares to ?SamrukKazyna? National Welfare Fund within the reached agreements on capitalization. This makes 14.83 percent of the declared but not placed common shares of the bank, Kazinform has learnt from the bank?s press service.
In compliance with the 2009-2010 Plan on stabilization of the country?s economy and financial system, ?Alliance Bank? interpreted earlier sounded information on the Memorandum of mutual understanding signed among the bank, its main stockholder ? ?Seimar Alliance? Financial Corporation? JSC (SAFC), KZ Government, Financial Supervision Agency and ?SamrukKazyna? Fund. Thus, the Bank committed to sell 25 percent of the common shares to ?SamrukKazyna?.
The total volume of the capitalization of ?Alliance Bank? through acquisition of its shares makes no less than USD 370 mln. Alongside, the Fund will own 25 percent of the bank?s stock capital and won?t interfere in its activity.
