Almaty Akim orders to prevent price growth due to tenge devaluation
ALMATY. KAZINFORM - Almaty Akim Akhmetzhan Yesimov has instructed the city services to enhance real-time monitoring to prevent prices increase due to the devaluation of the national currency, the press service of the Akimat reports.

Akim instructed to pay special attention to the prices of food and essential commodities. Yesimov made arrangements to use all legal mechanisms and interact with all concerned government authorities. The situation on the matter will be reported to the Akim twice a day by the Deputies of Almaty Akim Murat Kudyshev and Yerbol Shormanov. Recall that on Tuesday, February 11, the National Bank of Kazakhstan has set a new rate of the tenge against the U.S. dollar - 185 tenge + / -3.
