Almaty to build 5 schools and 5 kindergartens

5 schools and 5 kindergartens will be built in Nauryzbai district of Almaty city to reduce shortage in pupil’s seats and create comfortable conditions for all residents, Kazinform Agency cites the mayor’s press service.

Two schools for 2,400 seats are being built as part of the Comfortable School national project. They will be commissioned next year. Construction of three more schools to welcome 5,500 pupils started this September.

A 320-bed kindergarten will be put into service by the yearend in Shugyla micro-district. Four more day-care facilities will be built in 2024.
