Almaty-Yekaterinburg motorway opened as weather improves

TARAZ. KAZINFORM - A section of the Almaty-Yekaterinburg highway in Zhambyl region has been closed and opened due to worsening weather conditions over the last 24 hours.

The section of the Almaty-Yekaterinburg highway crossing Moiynkumskiy district of Zhambyl region was shut down twice for all types of transport due to pouring rain and ice slick. After the weather improved, the road was opened.
