Amir Omarkhanov wins J500 Plantation doubles in Florida
Amir Omarkhanov of Kazakhstan has won the prestigious J500 Plantation, also known as the Orange Bowl International Tennis Championships, Kazinform News Agency has learnt from the press service of the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation.
The Kazakh tennis player paired with Timofei Derepasko of Russia defeated the duo of Henry Bernet and Denis Petak in the Boy’s Doubles with a score of 3:6, 6:1, 10:1.
The Orange Bowl International Tennis Championships is held in Plantation, Florida, the USA annually. The tournament is considered an unofficial world junior championship. The matches are played on open clay-coated courts.
Recall that the Kazakh tennis player won the J500 Merida 2024 tennis tournament in Mexico.
