Another citizen of Kazakhstan evacuated from Syria - Foreign Affairs Ministry

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan citizen A.Rahmun has been evacuated from Syria and will soon arrive in Kazakhstan, the press service of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs.

According to the MFA, she was among the 60 people who wished to leave Syria and were flown to Moscow by the Russian Emergency Ministry plane last night. "The staff of the Consulate of Kazakhstan in Moscow met the woman at the airport and took her to the relatives. Today or tomorrow, she plans to return home. We express our deep gratitude to the Russian side for rendering assistance to the citizen of Kazakhstan", the press release of the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan reads. A.Rahmun was born in 1971 in South Kazakhstan region.
