An officer in the PF information and public relations service said Tuesday that the anti-terror groups get ready to repulse possible attacks by sea pirates. The squadron consists of the flagship -- large anti-submarine ship Admiral Panteleyev -- the medium sea-going tankers Irkut and Izhora, and the sea-going rescue tugboatt MB-37. The training sessionswere held ahead of the squadron's passage through the Strait of Malacca. Over there, just as is the case in the Gulf of Aden, instances of sea pirates' attacks on ships were repeatedly recorded; Kazinform cites ITAR-TASS. see www.itar-tass.com for full version
