Anticorruption forum opened in Kostanay

KOSTANAY. November 11. KAZINFORM /Pyotr Plakhotnikov/ The anticorruption forum "Combating corruption: the role and significance of the state bodies, institutions of the civil society and mass media in countering corruption" has been opened in Kostanay today.

The Forum is held by the Kostanay regional branch of the Nur Otan People's Democratic Party jointly with the oblast akimat. First Deputy Chairman of the Nur Otan Party Darkhan Kaletayev and Governor of Kostanay oblast Sergei Kulagin take part in it.

There are held three sections within the framework of the Forum: at the first section the topic of renovated economy and struggle against corrupt practices in the post-crisis development of Kazakhstan is discussed. There are also carried out debate on the role of the social councils on combating corruption. The second section discusses experience of using the E-government and E-akimats opportunities as a form of corrupt practices elimination. The third section participants talk about innovation forms of anticorruption activity in the youth sphere.

In the second half of the day D.Kaletayev will receive the residents on personal matters in the community liaison office of the Kostanay regional branch of the Nur Otan Party.
