Apartment catches fire, two people survive in Ust-Kamenogorsk
ASTANA. December 16. KAZINFORM An apartment caught fire at a 5-storey residential house at 20:20 PM on Saturday (December 15) in Ust-Kamenogorsk.

According to the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Emergency, the fire was stifled by neighbors before the firemen crew arrived.
Two people were evacuated from the apartment by the police and later admitted to a hospital and diagnosed with thermal burns and CO poisoning. The victims are a 40-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman.
