Appointment of new General Director of «KazMunayGas - Refinery and Marketing»

ASTANA. August 6. KAZINFORM -Under decision of the Board of Directors of National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC from August 2, 2013, Daniyar Tiyessov has been appointed to a position of General Director of "KazMunayGas - Refinery and Marketing" JSC, KazMunayGaz press release informs.

"Daniyar Tiyessov is one of the best professionals in KazMunayGas (KMG) group of companies. I am confident that the new leadership will give a positive impulse to development of the company, as a result of which 'KazMunayGas - Processing and Marketing" will reach higher quality level'", said Daniyar Berlibayev, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Corporate Development of KMG.

Prior to his appointment Tiyessov worked in KMG as Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board for refinery and petrochemicals.

Tiyessov Daniar Suinshlikovich was born on December 6, 1970.

Married, 5 children.

Higher education: engineer, lawyer, manager of oil and gas business.

He has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Tiyessov worked as the assistant to Director General at Trade House «KazMunayGas» JSC. Before this appointment, he was a financial director, Director General of Management of the enterprise under construction «Аtyrau Refinery» LLP.
