ASTANA. March 14. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Around 60 Kazakhstanis in Japan expressed their willingness to return to Kazakhstan. Kazakh Foreign Ministry spokesman Askar Abdrakhmanov said it at the weekly briefing in Astana.

'Around 60 citizens of Kazakhstan expressed their willingness to return to Kazakhstan. At this time we expect the aircraft of Kazakhstan's Emergency Ministry to land at the Tokyo airport Haneda', A. Abdrakhmanov said.

He reminded that 95 citizens of Kazakhstan were in Japan. The communication with most of them has been established.

'The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Tokyo continues to work in a non-stop regime establishing communication with all Kazakhstanis temporarily and permanently living in Japan. Presently, there are no citizens of Kazakhstan among the victims of the disaster that hit the country.' he noted.

According to him, the citizens of Kazakhstan are expected to return to their homeland tomorrow.
