ArsellorMittal Temirtay plans to invest USD 60 mln into ecological projects till 2015
KARAGANDA. March 16. KAZINFORM "ArsellorMittal Temirtay" JSC ecological program spending will make KZT 9 billion (USD 60 million) till 2015, company's press service informs.
The company's authorities presented the ecological program to Kazakh Minister of Environment Nurlan Kasparov when he visited the metallurgical complex in Temirtau.
"ArsellorMittal Temirtay" JSC realized 11 ecological projects to the total amount of KZT 5.5 billion (USD 37 million). Implementation of another 7 projects started last year continues in 2012.
"ArselorMittal Temitrtau" includes the metallurgical complex in Temirtau, 8 coalmines in Karaganda region, 4 mine iron ores in Karaganda, Akmola and Kostanay regions.
