ANA. October 28. KAZINFORM. /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ "As OSCE chair Kazakhstan will adhere to the principles of openness", Vice Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Konstantin Zhigalov has said at the international conference on Kazakhstan's chairmanship in the OSCE in Astana today.

He noted that Kazakhstan would adhere to the principles of openness and consider the interests of all member states without dividing them into big or small, principal or secondary.

The Vice Minister also stressed that the OSCE should revive the status of international forums on such topics as security and focus on conflicts prevention.

"Special attention must also be paid to the humanitarian dimension, particularly in relation to religious and ethnic tolerance", he added.
