Astana administration signed memos with several ministries

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Several memorandums on cooperation with the ministries of healthcare, social development, culture and sport, education and science were signed by the Astana administration.

"The President has built Astana including social sphere facilities that are equipped with modern equipment meeting all international standards. Our task is to make them work and render services to the residents of our capital city. We have to be able to provide the same services as the leading capital cities of the world," Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Berbibek Saparbayev told signing the documents.

The Astana administration signed two memorandums with the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Protection. One document provides for ensuring employment and strengthening of social protection and support of the people of Astana. The second document is aimed at improvement of health of the Astana residents. The sides set the task on reduction of the lines in healthcare establishments of the city, delays of ambulances, strengthening of provision of pharmaceuticals to people undergoing treatment outpatiently, etc.

Another memorandum is signed with the Ministry of Culture and Sport on preserving and development of historical and cultural heritage, interethnic accord, popularization of the state language and culture and other tasks.

Another memorandum was signed with the Ministry of Education and Science on development of education system of the capital city.
