Astana hosts international equestrian sport competitions for the Presidential Cup of the RoK
The championship involves over 50 horsemen and horses from Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.
Over three days the best horsemen from 7 countries are competing for the champion title in team and individual classifications for the Cup of the President of the RoK, Nations Cup, ENRC Cup, Maserati Cup, Samsung Cup.
Course designer of a “three star” level from Russia Vladimir Platov has constructed the route which is to be correctly passed by the participants, overcoming obstacles of 120-160 cm height.
Performances are monitored by international authoritative judges of the equestrian sport: Marek Zaleski from Poland, Anna Skabard from Ukraine, KeoChang Yang from Korea and Sarpartap Sinkh from India.
Truly arresting fight between leading horsemen of Central Asia is taking place on the field of Astana race track. About 300 spectators, who like equestrian sport, have come to watch the spectacular competition.
It’s worth noting that admission at “Kazanat” race track is free. The competitions are held on 2-4 of July.

3 July, 11.00. Route II
International two-phase competitions. Table “A”. Obstacles height at 1 phase – 120 cm, 2 phase – 130 cm. A horseman can perform on three horses.
3 July, 16.00. Route III
International competitions “Nations Cup”, “ENRC Cup”. Official tem contests. International two-phase competitions. Table “A”. Obstacles height – 135 cm. A horseman can perform on two horses.
4 July, 11.00. Route IV
International competitions “Cup of the President of the Asian equestrian sport Federation, MaseratiCup”. Table “A”. Obstacles height – 135 cm. A horseman can perform on two horses.
4 July, 15.00. Route V
International competitions FEIWorldCup “Grand Prix”, “Presidential Cup of the RoK”. In case of equal penalty points, jumping-off is performed. Obstacles height – 140-160 cm. A horseman can perform on two horses.
