Astana mayor promises to finish 30 abandoned construction projects in 2023

Mayor of Astana Zhenis Kassymbek met today with the investors of several abandoned residential construction projects, Kazinform News Agency reports via the municipal mayor’s office.

The mayor met with the investors of Territoriya Komforta-1, Triumph City, and Future home residential complexes – almost 800 families.

The construction of Territoriya Komforta residential complex began 20 years ago. The first stage was commissioned in 2021 with 100 families receiving the keys. Other blocks are still under construction.

The construction of Triumph City and Future home residential complexes began 10 years ago. At the moment of transfer of these projects to the akimat, only four and seven floors were built.

“This year we plan to finish the construction of 30 uncomplete construction projects. This issue is under the President’s control,” said Kassymbek.
