Astana Opera to give concerts dated to 70th anniversary of Great Victory

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Astana Opera is set to give a series of charity concerts dated to the 70th anniversary of Great Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The first concert will be held today, January 30, at 7:00 p.m. The idea behind the jubilee concerts belongs to musical director of Astana Opera Theater Abzal Mukhitdinov. "We are planning to hold 12 concerts dated to this historic milestone this year. Veterans of the World War II will attended the concerts to enjoy the classical art. On the Victory Day, May 9, the Astana Opera Theater will host a special concert to honor all the veterans," he said.
