Astana's proposal on creation of SCO reserve bank is of Organization's interest

MOSCOW. November 30. KAZINFORM /Narymbek Ismagulov/ The Kazakh side's proposal on creation of a reserve interstate bank of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which was voiced at a top meeting in St.Petersburg in November, 2011, is to be considered by the SCO experts in December.

Special Envoy of the Russian President for the SCO Kirill Barsky has announced it in Moscow.

"This issue will be one of the topics, which will be discussed in Beijing within expert consultations on December 13-16," he said.
