Astana to host 7th Islamic Economic Forum

ASTANA. March 14. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ On June 7-9, 2011 Astana will host the 7th Islamic Economic Forum, Vice Prime Minister-Minister of Industry and New Technologies Asset Issekeshev has said it today.

According to him, the event will bring together more than 2, 500 investors from 57 member states of the Organization of the Islamic Conference.

As is known, Kazakhstan has assumed the office of the OIC presiding country this year.
