Astana to host II Kazakhstan Mining Congress

The II Kazakhstan Mining Congress international congress and exhibition will take place in Astana on this May 15-16, Kazinform News Agency cites the Industry and Construction Ministry’s press service.

It will bring together 150 key leading mining companies of Kazakhstan and Central Asia. The congress will become a platform to share best practices, debate investment projects, and opportunities to update and boost the mining industry.

Over 20 biggest investment projects, including the construction of mining and processing works, modernization, expansion of capacities, and development of new deposits will be in the spotlight of discussions.

Besides, a specialized exhibition held as part of the congress will feature high-tech solutions of the leading mining companies.
