Astana to host int'l forum "Humanitarian standards and contemporary challenges"
ASTANA. November 9. KAZINFORM. /Timur Bekturganov/ A forum on "Humanitarian standards and contemporary challenges" will be held in Astana on November 9-13. Kazakh MFA's official spokesman Yerzhan Ashikbayev has said it at a briefing today.
Representatives of the state bodies and scientists of Central Asian and Eastern European countries will discuss the issues of application of humanitarian standards and their implementation in the national legislation.
The event is organized by the Committee of the Red Cross and Eurasian National Gumilyov University under the aegis of the Kazakh Foreign Affairs Ministry.
Another international forum "Regional integration and economic partnership of Central Asian states: open dialogue of cooperation" will take place in Almaty on November 13. Experts, economists and politologists of the Central Asian region, CIS and non-CIS states will participate in it.
