Astana to name one of its streets after Hungarian poet

The Kazakh President revealed the plans to name one of its streets after Hungarian poet Sándor Petőfi, Kazinform Agency reports.

"Today one of the streets in the Kazakh capital will be named after Hungarian poet Sándor Petőfi as a sign of close contacts and friendship. The more people arrive in Kazakhstan from Hungary who represent culture the more strengthened the humanitarian ties," the Kazakh President said during the extended-attendance talks with the Hungarian delegation.

The Head of State thanked Hungary’s Prime Minister for his official visit to Astana.
