Astana to welcome over 1 thousand participants of Delphic Games

ASTANA. April 25. KAZINFORM "More than 1 thousand participants from CIS and near abroad will arrive in Astana to take part in the VII International Youth Delphic Games in September this year," organizers of the event told at the press conference.

Delphic Games are the unique competitions in the field of art. They became an important international event giving the basis for the talent youth's self-fulfillment.

Such nominees as "Fortepiano", "Violoncello", "Visual arts" , "Poetry", "Accordion", "Saxophone",  "Folk singing", "Variety singing", "Classical dance", "Folk dance", "Modern dance", "Circus arts" and others will be presented at the games.

"Delphic Games are the really an important event in Kazakhstan's cultural life. I think we have the opportunity to achieve good results because we have a lot of talented young people," executive director of Kazakhstan Youth Congress Shahmardan Baimanov said.
