At present no foreign journalist in Mangystau region detained - Kazakh MFA

AKTAU. December 20. KAZINFORM /Aituar Mamlin/ At present no foreign journalist in Mangystau region has been detained. Official spokesman of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry Altai Abibullayev has told a briefing.

"In connection with some inaccurate publications, that are distributed in certain media outlets abroad, I would like to pay special attention to the next moments. Firstly, at present none foreign journalist in Mangystau region was detained. The local authorities render all necessary assistance: accompanying, security and transport. The country is interested in open and transparent investigative actions," A.Abibullayev said.
