Austria to boycott Euro 2012

PARIS. May 4. KAZINFORM Austrian government officials won't be going to the European football championships in Ukraine in June.

Even though the country did not qualify, Austria says it is sending a "political signal" over the detention conditions for former Premier Yulia Tymoshenko. Germany has already called for a political boycott of Euro 2012, the euronews reports.
