Average monthly nominal wage in Kazakhstan made KZT 77, 464 in Jan, 2011

ASTANA. March 11. KAZINFORM In January 2011 the average monthly nominal wage per employee in Kazakhstan made KZT 77, 764 and grew by 16.2% compared to the previous month of 2010. In real terms it rose by 7.5%, the Statistics Agency informs.

The workers of the financial and insurance sectors receive the highest wage - KZT 158, 600. The workers of professional, scientific and technical sectors receive KZT 146, 900 per month. The wage of the workers of ore-mining industry and excavation sphere makes KZT 142, 900.

The lowest wage is paid to the workers of forestry, fishery and agriculture - KZT 33, 100.

As for the regions, Atyrau oblast citizens receive the highest wage - KZT 152, 100. The lowest wage is recorded in North Kazakhstan region - KZT 52, 100.
