Azerbaijan appoints new PM

BAKU. KAZINFORM At today's plenary sitting the Parliament of Azerbaijan has appointed Novruz Mamedov as the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, our correspondent reports.

Mamedov has acted as a foreign policy assistant to Azerbaijan's President.
