ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Berdybek Saparbayev asked heads of companies not to allow mass stuff reduction and reduction of salaries during the crisis, the Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan said during the enlarged sitting of the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development of Kazakhstan.

B. Saparbayev gave an example of "Kazzinc" Company in terms of treating its stuff.

"25 thousand people are employed with Kazzinc, and no mass personnel reduction happened there during any crisis, and the same regards the salaries of the workers and social packages. It depends on the heads of companies only," B. Saparbayev said.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted that there were still reserves to fight the crisis and not to give up.

"You know why we keep raising up the issue of the local content. It is just because we do not need to buy things somewhere if we can make them in Kazakhstan, especially now," B. Saparbayev noted.

According to him, if all heads of companies approach this issue reasonably, there will be no problems with unemployment.
