Balausa 2013 school festival starts in Pavlodar

PAVLODAR. November 27. KAZINFORM Balausa 2013 school festival starts today in Pavlodar, the press service of the children's arts and crafts and employment centre of the education department said.

One of the oldest festivals of the city brings together the most gifted children.

More than 100 schools and non-school institutions, children's homes applied for the contest. Above 1 000 young artists are expected to take part in it.

The festival encourages creative activities of the non-adults, evolves new talents.
