Belarus and Kazakhstan can expand trade in SES
"We have a lot of areas of mutual interest. We are implementing more than 30 joint projects as part of Kazakhstan's roadmap of industrialization," Alexander Lukashenko stressed.
In his words, the Government suggests new projects. "We are ready to work even more closely with Kazakhstan. Experience gained during our work in the Republic of Kazakhstan shows that this is the best country where we can implement our agreements," Alexander Lukashenko said.
According to the President, last year Belarus and Kazakhstan reached almost $1 billion in mutual trade. "I think this figure will become much higher within the Single Economic Space," Alexander Lukashenko said.
The Belarusian leader noted that "Belarus has met its obligations, fully and in time, and there will be no problems with our country."
In connection with the upcoming presidential elections in Kazakhstan, Alexander Lukashenko said that the country is going through a complicated political period. He wished President Nursultan Nazarbayev that the period would be quiet. The Belarusian President expressed confidence that Kazakhstan will surprise the entire world with its pace of development.
