Belarus, Kazakhstan discuss parliamentary relations

MINSK. May 17. KAZINFORM Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Vladimir Andreichenko met with Chairman of Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan Nurlan Nigmatulin, Chairman of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan Asylbek Zheenbekov in St Petersburg on 16 May, BelTA learnt from the press service of the House of Representatives.

Vladimir Andreichenko and Nurlan Nigmatulin discussed the development of the parliamentary dimension concept of the Single Economic Space and the future Eurasian Economic Union. They discussed the development of parliamentary relations between Belarus and Kazakhstan, including the exchange of visits. They praised mutual contacts at all the levels,  BelTA reports.

Vladimir Andreichenko and Asylbek Zheenbekov considered intensification of inter-parliamentary cooperation taking into account intensifying integration processes on the Eurasian space. The sides discussed the need to seek new forms of boosting mutual trade, projects, and joint productions. Asylbek Zheenbekov was invited to pay a visit to Belarus.
