Belarus ready to share innovative technologies with CIS

Igor Voitov said that the first state innovation development program had been implemented in Belarus. It covered two thirds of Belarus' industrial enterprises. Another program has been approved to be implemented in 2011-2015. Its main goal is to raise the competitive ability, energy effectiveness and ecological safety. There are plans to spend around $30 billion on the program, with returns expected to exceed the spending by 300%.
