Benefits of Kazakhstan ? Jordan integration discussed in Majilis

The sides shared opinions on a range of topical regional and international issues. Economic cooperation continues to be the priority in the relationship between Kazakhstan and Jordan, which is manifested by the triple increase of the trade turnover between the countries. The issue of Kazakh grain export is to be discussed during the visit of the Jordanian delegation to Kazakhstan in May, 2009. As the Speaker of the Majilis noted, the visits of the Heads of the States laid down the foundation for dynamic cooperation. Speaking on the necessity of extending interparliamentarian diplomacy, the Chairman of the House said that the Kazakh deputies had established diplomatic relations with 60 parliaments of the world. The sides underlined that such meetings would expand mutually beneficial cooperation, and promote the role of the parliamentarian diplomacy.
