Black ice causes highway closings in Atyrau region

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Sections of the Atyrau-Astrakhan and the Atyrau-Uralsk motorways have been closed tonight due to worsening weather conditions.

The Committee for Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan blames pouring rain and black ice for closings.
