Blind drunk man shot fellow villager in Almaty rgn

TALDYKORGAN. November 17. KAZINFORM - Almaty region police has arrested an armed drunk man who let off his gun at a fellow villager.

The fact of shooting was registered in the village called Ekpendy. 30-year-old man with gunshot wound was brought to a hospital of Esik town. The police officers have detained the suspect shooter and seized "IZH" 32-gauge single-barreled gun. Serial numbers on the weapon were brought down and the owner did not have any permits.

The seized gun was taken for ballistic examination to check its belonging to other crimes involving firearms.
