Blinding snow closes road in Aktobe region

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A section of the Emba-Shalkar motorway in Aktobe region has been closed due to bad weather conditions, the Committee for Emergency Situations of the Kazakh Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.

Blinding snow, blizzard and poor visibility forced the authorities to shut down the road.
