Blizzard and gusting wind to hit Kazakhstan Dec 20

Unstable weather with precipitation is forecast in most parts of Kazakhstan on Wednesday, December 20, Kazinform News Agency reports.

According to Kazhydromet, heavy precipitation will hit northern and mountainous areas of the country’s southeast.

Fog and black ice, blizzard and gusting wind are forecast across the country.
