Blizzard to hit most of Kazakhstan Oct 12
The National Met Office Kazhydromet has issued the weather forecast for Kazakhstan for October 12, Kazinform News Agency reports.
According to Kazhydromet, due to a cyclone and fronts, the greater part of the country is to brace for precipitation, blizzard and black ice. The country’s south and southeast are to brace for rain, predicted to fall heavily at times, and the north is to see snow, expected to be heavy at times. Thunderstorm is to batter the south and southeast of the country.
Only the west of the country is to enjoy the weather with no precipitation. The country is to brace for high wind as well as fog in the nighttime and morning.
High fire danger is to persist in Pavlodar, west, north, south, center of Abai, East Kazakhstan, south, east of Karaganda, south of Ulytau, north of Aktobe, northeast, southeast of West Kazakhstan, northeast of Zhambyl, west of Kyzylorda regions.
Extreme fire danger is to be in place in the center, north of Kyzylorda, west of Aktobe, west, south, north, center of West Kazakhstan, desert areas of Turkestan, west, north of Atyrau, northwest of Zhambyl, west, north, center of Zhetysu, north, west of Almaty regions.
