Blizzard to hit northern regions Nov 30

A mix of rain and snow is forecast in most parts of Kazakhstan on Thursday, November 30, due to the cyclone and atmospheric fronts caused by it, Kazinform News Agency reports via Kazhydromet.

Heavy precipitation will batter northwestern, southern, southeastern regions, the weather service says.

Western regions only will enjoy fair weather with no precipitation today.

Foggy and windy conditions, as well as black ice are forecast across the country, with blizzard to hit northern parts.
