Body pulled out from rubbles of collapsed floor at Shymkent building

The body of a student was recovered from under the rubbles of the collapsed floor at the community centre (Dvorets Phosphornik) in Shymkent, Kazinform News Agency quotes mayor Gabit Syzdykov as saying.

He added one of the three students climbed to the second floor of the standing empty building and died trapped in the mound of rubble as its interior structure fell.

The mayor extended his sincere condolences to the bereaved family.

Three people were in the building at the moment of the accident. Two of them escaped the collapsing building.
