Bomb explosions wound 14 people in Iraq
In Baghdad, six people, including a policeman, were wounded in a roadside bomb explosion near a police patrol in Karrada district in central the capital, an Interior Ministry source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.
Also in the capital, three civilians were wounded in a roadside bomb blast in Baghdad's western district of Amiriyah, the source said.
In eastern Iraq, three farmers were wounded in a roadside bomb explosion near their tractor in a village located some 20 km northwest of Baquba, the capital city of Diyala province, a provincial police source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.
The Iraqi security forces arrested four people at the scene for interrogation, the source said.
In a separate incident, two civilians were seriously wounded when a sticky bomb attached to their car detonated in al-Amin district in northern Baquba, some 65 km northeast of Baghdad, the source added.
