Bombs blasted in Moscow equivalent to 100-200 grams TNT - police
The bomb, which exploded on Michurinsky Avenue, had an approximately same size, he said; Kazinform cites Itar-Tass.
The police will study recordings from several video cameras in the area where two bombs went off, city police spokesman Viktor Biryukov told Itar-Tass.
"Recordings from video cameras installed on several homes will be studied thoroughly. That may help find the perpetrators," he said.
A criminal case was opened over the explosions on Milashenkova Street in northeastern Moscow on Friday, Biryukov said.
He said the charges were hooliganism and illegal weapons.
Two bombs blasted at an interval of eight minutes at about 4:30 p.m. local time. One bomb was placed near a garbage bin and the other on the roof of a garage. No one was hurt but the blast wave smashed window glass on the sixth and seventh floors of the nearby apartment house.
