Bread prices stabilized in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. November 2. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ The unstable situation with bread prices in Kazakhstan have been stabilized as a result of the Government's measures. Chairman of the Competition Protection Agency Mazhit Yessenbayev has made it public today.

"These are the positive results of our work. But it's early to relax", he noted.

He said that those market entities violating the law were under investigation.

According to preliminary results, inflation made around 7%, with the share of food products - 5,5%, for the 10 months of this year as compared to the same period last year.
