Breaking news: A man who blew himself up in Atyrau identified

ASTANA. November 1. KAZINFORM A man who blew himself up in Atyrau on October 31 was identified as Baurzhan Sultangaliyev, 1987, a native of Atyrau city, statement of the oblast prosecution office reads.

His identity was confirmed trough his fingerprints. As a result of police search at his home there were found self-made explosive device, explosive components and the instruction how to make improvised bombs.

The investigation is underway.
