Bublik of Kazakhstan loses at Paris Masters tournament

Kazakhstan’s Alexander Bublik, ranked 33rd in the world, failed to advance to the quarterfinal of the ATP Masters 1000 event in Paris, France, Kazinform Agency cites Sports.kz.

Alexander Bublik of Kazakhstan lost to Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria, the world’s no.17, in the two-set match 2-6, 2-6 in Round of 16 of the Paris Masters tournament.

The Kazakhstani defeated American Frances Tiafoe and Chilean Nicolas Jarry on his way to the tournament’s 1/8 finals.

The Paris Masters’ prize money is estimated at 6,748,815 euros, with the winner getting 836,355 euros and 1,000 ranking points.
