Budget expenditures for social procurement increased 128 times since 2005 - Kazakh Economy Minister

sp;ASTANA. November 23. KAZINFORM. /Muratbek Makulbekov/ Expenditures of the republican budget for the state social procurement increased 128 times and amounted to KZT 1.2 billion in 2009. Kazakh Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Bakhyt Sultanov has said it at the IV Civil Forum in Astana today.

"The draft republican budget for the next three years envisages about KZT 3 billion for the social procurement. Since the state social procurement is a new type of expenses, its financing mechanism is improved stepwise. Thus to ensure effective utilization of funds allocated for the social procurement a number of amendments were introduced to the legislative acts on the issues of taxation and budget process improvement", the Minister noted.
