Businessmen of North Kazakhstan, Kurgan regions discussed coop issues

PETROPAVLOVSK. December 23. KAZINFORM /Sergey Kuznetsov/ The trade turnover between North Kazakhstan region and cross-border regions of Russia is up to USD 800 mln. It was stated Wednesday at the meeting of entrepreneurs of North Kazakhstan and Kurgan region of the Russian Federation.

The foreign trade turnover of Kurgan region with Kazakhstan is up to 50% of the total volume. The representatives of business discussed the current business relations and prospects for the future.

According to Chairman of the North Kazakhstan Commerce and Industrial Chamber Nellya Kukushkina, two more meetings of entrepreneurs of to regions are planned to be held next year.

 The representatives of business hope that business contacts will be strengthened and extended after establishment of the Customs Union.
