Cargo plane crashes near Congolese capital, six dead
MOSCOW. August 27. KAZINFORM Six people were killed after an ageing Soviet-made An-12 cargo plane crashed on Wednesday some 20 km (12.5 miles) from the capital of Congo, Brazzaville, Kazinform refers to RIA Novosti.
Yevgeny Sokolov, the Russian consul in Brazzaville, said two Ukrainian citizens, two Congolese nationals and two Moldovans died in the accident.
He added that the aircraft belonged to the local Aero Fret Business air company and the cause of the accident was still unknown, Kazinform cites RIA Novosti. See www.en.rian.ru for full version.
